From a home you like to a home you share.

Six stops. You can see all of them from the start, and nobody moves you along without your yes.

  1. Find your place, you are here
  2. Verify and say you're interested, ahead
  3. Get to know your people, ahead
  4. Agree the household, ahead
  5. Apply together, privately, ahead
  6. Keep the agreed terms, ahead
  1. Find your place

Browse homes in Lagos and Abuja. Compare the real rent period, which rooms are free, every mandatory fee, and how utilities are charged.

  2. Verify and say you're interested

Complete your identity check, then mark a home you like. You'll see other eligible renters and any current residents.

  3. Get to know your people

Send a connection request. Once it's accepted, chat privately and see whether your routines and expectations fit.

  4. Agree the household

Decide who lives where and how rent and every fee are shared. Everyone accepts the complete proposal, including residents it affects.

  5. Apply together, privately

Each applicant adds their own evidence. The lister reviews it; roommates can't open each other's financial documents.

  6. Keep the agreed terms

Submitted terms are frozen. Approval reserves your rooms; a written lease and proper payment checks still come next.
